Is there a 2D and 3D data visualization plugin (plot) for eclipse?

I am looking for a plugin for data visualization that will allow me to view 2D and 3D diagrams of vectors and 2D arrays. My search could not find something offering this functionality.

UPDATE: I mean, for example, the ability to see signal processing data before and after applying the filtering program. I put a noisy signal and see a good sine wave when plotting the output. For example, it is available in the VisualDSP ++ IDE Analog Devices, but I'm not sure if it is available in MS Visual Studio.

Regarding 3D visualization, consider GEF3D (Graphical Editing Framework 3D) and for 2D visualization just GEF . Both are kind of structures for managing your data model with a graphical editor. A basic draw2d structure that might be more suitable for your purpose. You can also see what technology is used in the Eclipse BIRT reporting environment (where drawing charts should be an integral part).
