How can I programmatically find out which applications are currently running on Windows Phone 7?

You cannot see which other applications are running on the phone. This is not possible with current APIs and is not intended to be possible.

Such information will only be useful for spyware / malware, so it does not need to be disclosed.

(And no, you don't need Android Task Manager on Windows Phone)
