There are applications in the AppStore that do just that (e.g. SYS-Activity Monitor). and they probably use a method from. Can we get applications that currently work on the iPhone and iPad ? This method does not allow you to identify paused applications. It also does not allow you to determine which application is the background (if you are also the background, you can be confused).
