Change the default settings for Visual Studio

Question

I use Visual Studio 2010 and at startup I select Web Developer for the default settings, but I want C# settings . How can I change the default settings in C #?

• Select "Tools → Import and Export Settings ...
• Select Reset All Settings and click Next.
• Choose whether you want to save the current settings and click "Next"
• Select the settings you want to use and click Finish

You can reset it. Than you can choose C # settings.

From the Tools menu, select Import and Export Settings.

On the welcome page of the Import and Export Wizard, click reset all settings, and then click Next.

If you want to save the current combination of settings, click "Yes", save my current settings, specify the file name and click "Next".

If you want to delete the combination of current settings, select No, just reset settings, overwrite my current settings, and then click Next. This option does not remove the default settings that will be available the next time you use the wizard.

In which collection of settings you want to reset to, select a set of settings from the list.

Click Finish.
