Where is the ghc 7.4.1 branch located?

Sorry, this is a stupid question; How to download the GHC 7.4.1 branch? I want to play with ConstraintKinds. By default, the default branch speaks of version 7.3. I looked around a bit, but didn't understand anything, or any branch named "7.4" in the github repository. Thanks!

(PS It might be useful to add information to http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/milestone/7.4.1 if you are a GHC developer?)

There is no branch 7.4. However, many things that will go into 7.4 are already in HEAD, so if you cannot wait for the kind of restrictions, try it in 7.3 (otherwise HEAD now), until 7.4, a branch is created until the release.

In fact, the GHC Oct-2011 Status Report mentioned that

The GHC is still buzzing with the 7.2.1 release (a more “technology preview” than the stable release), which was made in August, and now focuses on the upcoming 7.4 branch. By the time you read this, branch 7.4 will be created and will be in "freeze function" mode. Then we will try to fix as many errors as possible before releasing them later this year.

However, in the libraries@haskell.org post from the beginning of November, SPJ informed us of the aforementioned GHC 7.4 branch / freeze, which

Yes, we should be, but we have two big add-ons, almost ready, but not quite tested for free, so we pushed it out in a few days.

Looking at http://www.haskell.org/ghc/download#snapshots , I don't see mention of branch 7.4.1. HEAD seems to have only 7.3. Are you sure you are still created?
