Conditional Storyboard

Read some interesting guides on the web about the new xcode 4.2 storyboard feature. I just can't find information about the conditional storyboard. For example, creating a storyboard where one button can display you on different screens based on the value of a logical variable.

This scenario is covered in Stanford 2011 iOS 7 lecture series at Universal Applications. Configure the target action for the button, and in the code, use the executeSegueWithIdentifier parameter for another session.

It also allows you to have an iPad version that does not make a session because the desired view is already displayed on the screen with a section view.
