PHPStorm Periodically launches the "File Cache Context" dialog when saving

Question

Using v2.1.5. In about half the cases, I keep the dialog below.

Two questions:

• Why does this happen intermittently? Maybe because I'm using CVS and the local storage is on another drive?
• Is there a parameter by which I can by default "Save memory changes" so that this dialog is no longer displayed?

Now I am using version 3.0 and no longer have this problem.

This can happen if the timestamp of the file changes externally or when you store the files not on the local drive.
