Logo Search API?

I am working on an iOS application where I would like to display stores with their respective logos. I spent some time looking for an API that does this, and I cannot find anything but XigniteLogos . Unfortunately, this is out of my budget - is there a free solution?

This is a very interesting question.

My first thought was that you could try doing a search on Google Image. I know that Google has a service called Goggles that can recognize logos, so searching in a different way should be possible with Google.

I did a Google Images search sample for the General Mills logo (I think I'm hungry for breakfast right now) and the first result was returned from SeekLogo.com

I'm not sure what SeekLogo is, or if they have an API, but they may be exactly what you are looking for. If not, you can try Google Image Search and use the first result ... (Google has an AIP image search , but ... was it found to be irrelevant? An announcement that says the documentation / community may have solutions that all still supported ...)
