I read somewhere that in the future it will be possible to use 32 MB per document? Does anyone know when this will happen? Or is it possible already?
Thanks!
Currently, the limit for the document is set to 16 mb .
If you need to store the largest data (and not as a document), you can use GridFS inside MongoDB.
Currently, it does not look like it will be raised to 32 MB. In this and this Jira Questions you can see that no plans currently exist to increase the limit.
