Can I use the Corona SDK to create iPhone apps and sell them through the app store on Windows?

I know that I can install Corona on a Windows machine (as I did), but will it be possible to sell the application that I am going to make in the application store? Moreover, if Corona is Mac-only, can I install the virtual machine on my computer so that I can fake the Mac environment to make it work?
