Tab for SSL pages only

I would like to configure both the page tab URL and the bookmark URL of the secure page in order to use the SSL connection.

I filled out these two fields https://www.myapp.com/ , however, when I open a tab with a non-ssl fan page, the URL of the tab page is http://www.myapp.com .

Is there a way to get Facebook to always use an https address?
