Automatic double single quote "in Dreamweaver cs5.5

Is there a way to turn off the automatic recording of the second single quote ' when you click the first ' ?

Dreamweaver as you type ' automatically adds a second ' .

Any way to disable this?

Change, Settings, Code Hints. Uncheck the jQuery code hints.

I have never heard that this symbol was called "apex" before, I usually heard it as a single quote or apostrophe, but no, you cannot turn off this feature.
