Twitter Timestamp Out of Boundaries?

I get this error when trying to post twitter on twitter.

[request] => /1/statuses/update_with_media.json [error] => Timestamp out of bounds 

This script worked fine until I had problems with my server and they fixed it. I think this is a time zone, so why am I having such a problem? What time zone is the Twitter server configured so that I can set mine in WHM?

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Just check your server time. You do not need to deal with transformations of time into an era, etc. In some APIs, such as Twitter or AWS, a non-configured system time causes such errors.
