Sorry if this is the wrong site - not quite sure which site is best suited for this, but since it is connected with SMTP (or is it?), I thought that perhaps this site had the best audience.
My company just installed all of our servers to send email through Critsend (for the price). Apparently, we had some people complaining about the lack of letters, and this service allows us to better track it ...
I was very shocked and said: "They can’t tell us anything that we can’t get from the SMTP server logs!" However, I was provided with a huge list of features that they support, including:
Statistics of spam folders with addresses
Apparently, they can tell us how many (and what!) Messages got into spam folders.
I did a little SMTP at one time, and I'm sure there is no way to get this information. So what do they do to qualify for this feature? (Note. Unfortunately, I do not have access to see one of these reports).
