What is the difference between loading Java RE with "S" and without it?

There are two different downloads for a standalone installation of Windows x86 for Java 7. One with c and one without. I tried looking around but can't find what sets the two apart?

JRE-7U1-windows-i586-s.exe JRE-7U1-windows-i586.exe

Can someone shed some light on this topic, since nothing is visible on the Java download page, explaining what 's' is for!

The -s version of the -s program is their sponsored version, which includes an installer for a third-party toolbar or product.
If you do not install a third-party product, the resulting JRE from jre-7u1-windows-i586-s.exe and jre-7u1-windows-i586.exe are identical.

This is a "standalone installer." Why do they only have an x86 version? No idea.

You do not need this if you have no problems with the online installer or the standalone installer.
