Pdf to Html (+ javascript)

On our current website, we offer our customers some pdf brochures. To keep our interaction in place, we were encouraged to use a conversion tool that converts PDF to flash.
Such a utility for flash memory is basically a slide show with some spectacular effects and buttons.
This is similar to the work of jquery (or other frameworks) that are already mastered. There is a metric ton of jQuery slider plugins.

Is there an existing solution that we can offer our marketing team that accepts a PDF document and converts it into a jquery?

EDIT
Functionality must somehow be integrated into our Drupal content management interface so that our marketing and communications department can use it.

You can use ImageMagick to convert PDF to a bunch of images, and then load these images into the jquery slider anyway.
