Upload more results like facebook / twitter

Question

You may have seen this effect on Facebook / Twitter. I want to upload more results and add them to existing ones. There are no problems so far. How can I track how many results I have, find out where the next time?

I have some answers:

• Wrap the results in a div with id, results1, results 2 ... and then get the last id and multiply it by the number of results in the container

• Store the number in a variable, reset, every time a list is requested after you come from another page.
