How to conditionally hide page title in Reporting Services report

Is there any way to conditionally (for example, based on a report parameter) Hide / show page header / footer?

PrintOnFirst / PrintOnLastPage obviously works for the first page.

I need it to work for the whole report

You cannot show / hide the header and footer based on the report parameter, but ...

... you can control the visibility of elements, so instead of hiding the header / footer, hide your elements.
