Install OpenCV on OS X Lion

I am trying to install OpenCV for the paperclip-facecrop recorder, but I am having problems installing opencv gem.

I installed opencv with brew and I think the gem just needs to know the right way?

You seem to be using OpenCV 2.2 and the main branch of the opencv gem, which is for OpenCV 2.3 or later.

Try the stone for OpenCV 2.2: https://github.com/ser1zw/ruby-opencv/tree/OpenCV_2.2

Also check out your Pythonpath. OSX Lion uses Python 2.7 by default:
