Customize spinner style

How to set up an Android counter like this, and also the counter element will also look like this width. Is it possible to do this? If so, then tell us the way. Otherwise, what will it do?

You need to create 2 or 3 states of 9 patch images for the selected , pressed and default Spinner states, and then use them as background for the Spinner . Take a look at this post that will perfectly explain the whole process.
