How to write a batch file that will cause firefox to be updated every time the file is saved in my IDE?

I am a web developer who uses the NetBeans IDE. I would like firefox to be updated every time I save the file in netbeans, so I can see the updated changes without the need to manually update.

I searched and it seemed that there were no such functions built into netbeans, and the add-ons of the third part, available for this task, either depreciated or were not available for Windows.

Can anyone think of a way to write a batch file that can do this? Therefore, when I press CNTRL + S while netbeans is in the open state, then firefox (if open) will be updated. I don't know anything about batch files or shell scripts at all, so I don't understand here.

Thank you for your help.
