Shared folder between two sites?

Just looking for advice ..

I have two websites on IIS7, which are separate websites, but are the same company on the site. One manages the site (CRM) and the other the actual website.

In CRM, they add products with images that are saved in the CRM ~ / productImages / folder. I know that I cannot access images through the site due to permissions, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions?

Thanks,

Michael

Each website should have a virtual folder pointing to the same physical folder where the shared images are stored.

Alternatively, you can make the actual virtual website image folder of the website the physical location of the CRM image folder.

I suggest you create a virtual directory on the second website, which you can have separate permissions for. This way you can allow access from the second website.
