Force connection release in weblogic 10.3.4

I get the following error in the managed server console on the oracle soa (11g) server.

Can someone tell me why I am getting this error.

Below are my settings.

  • InActive Connection Timeout: 60
  • Reservation Reservation Timeout: 20
  • Starting Capacity: 10
  • Maximum capacity L: 30

I also profile connection leakage and I checked in my application that there is no open connection.

thanks,

You have a leaked connection. Did not close it. He became inactive, but not in the pool. After some time, WLS noticed the fact that the connection was actually inactive, that is, it leaked and forced to close it, returning it to the pool.

This is where the connection was opened:

  com.ura.dams.registration.dbcontrol.SubmissionUploadDBImpl.executeSelect(SubmissionUploadDBImpl.java:786)

Check the code to see why close () was not called.

As a job, I say this decision to do in WLS. In the WLS data source configuration, the inactive connection timeout configuration will be present in the advanced configuration. So we change it to 0.

Steps to achieve an inactive connection timeout: Enter WLS β†’ click Data Source β†’ select the Configuration tab β†’ click the name data_name β†’ select Connection Pool on the Configuration tab β†’ click the Advanced link at the bottom of the page β†’ Change the Inactive connection timeout to 0 from any other values.

In this configuration, all inactive connections will be deleted, so it will not wait for the connection to close when it reaches an inactive state. Hope this helps.
