Is there an official interface for TOrderedListEditDlg?

As an expert, I would like to reuse a dialog box that displays Delphi for editing the project library path and for similar purposes:

I found hacking it for use (find the TOrderedListEditDlg page on the page). I think the guy who wrote the related article knows what he is doing, I don’t have too much hope for a less hacky solution, but who knows ... So: Do ​​you know the official interface (most likely OTA) for TOrderedListEditDlg?

PS: I know that it might be trivial to recreate the whole dialogue, but I like the consistency and principle of DRY.

You are right, I could not find the official path, which is the only reason I used this hack.

BTW, check out the INTAEnvironmentOptionsServices and INTAAddInOptions interfaces mentioned here . You can enable your configuration in the Delphi tree tree. But TOrderedListDlg still doesn't look official.
