Application Expiration Time

Question

What event can I use to subscribe to expiration events with AppFabric?

I put the object in the cache, and the method of this object should be called when the cache expires and the object is deleted.

AppFabric does not seem to provide such an event.

You're right; AppFabric Cache does not expire. I could, of course, use this function if it is added in the future, but for now we will have to do without it (or without AppFabric).

Microsoft had little to say about this other than this post . I found.

Other similar products contain expiration events (for example, ScaleOut Software StateServer), but you will need to purchase the product.
