What is the best way to debug Adobe Flex CSS?

I think the whole process of editing, compiling, launching and praying is not very effective. I have a set of compiled css files, and it worked yesterday, and today many CSS rules are ignored. I think there is no FlexBug for Flex, but there is a better way to get to the root of these problems.
