I use Wikipedia and random Google searches to find information about eigenvectors, analysis of the main components, etc. and their application to image processing, such as text detection, proper names, to name a few.
The bottom line is that I want to learn a little more about fundamental theory and mathematics, as well as clearly define their application for image processing. Is there a free resource on the internet to get this?
