Visual Studio always opens a website instead of an editor web page

When I edit the .aspx or .cshtml file in Visual Studio and press Ctrl-F5 (run), it runs the current file in the browser. How do I do this to avoid this and always open the URL of the application site?

Right-click on your web project, select properties, go to the “Internet” tab and in the “Start Action” section, select “Launch URL” and enter the URL you want to use.
