How do you create an object / tool in Plone in the left navigation frame in ZMI?

I would like my object to appear on the Plone site in the left navigation frame in ZMI. Could not find an obvious way to do this. How can i do this?

I think your object should be a folder to display on the left frame.

Try adding isPrincipiaFolderish = True as a class variable.
