Quick reference guide for various NoSQL databases

I am looking for one place that summarizes the main features of NoSQL databases that I see all the time - in particular, MongoDB, Riak, Redis, Memcached, Membase, and Cassandra. Request types, acid, architecture for / properties of scaling, etc. Is everything in memory, overflow to disk, backing up to disk, or mainly just indexes in memory?
