Document Management System for asp.net

I searched the net for an open source document management system project for asp.net, all I got is CMS.

Is their any open source document management system for asp.net? I understand that Sharepoint can accomplish this task for me, but I'm looking for an asp.net solution.

I am trying at the moment, as I am also looking for a .net / asp.net solution. This seems very promising. So far, this is similar to what I can use. The only problem is the GPL, but I see what will happen to it. That is, you want to use it in collaboration with other software.
