Recommended RSS Feed Items

I am creating RSS for an existing website, and I am just wondering if there is a recommended number of feeds to be shown in the RSS feed?

Can output any number of channels I want? How 50 channels at a time, if necessary?

The goal of RSS is to update subscribers to the website of any new content.

I assume you are talking about the number of articles in the feed? If so, start with 25 or 30 channels.

I would say that it really depends on how often you click new content.

If you only click 1-2 new articles a day, then 5-10 results should be in order.

Keep the final results no more than what your site clicks in a week.
