Windows 7 MultiTouch.NET API for Windows Forms

Question

Is there a Windows 7 multi-user library wrapped for .NET?

I mean this one , but using the .NET flavor.

However, there are some limitations: I need this to develop DESKTOP, and for Windows Forms there is no WPF.
