Disable DevExpress / VassistX by default?

Question

Is there a way to prevent DevExpress and / or Vissual assist from starting / loading? Even if you turn it off next time.

When using a limited project, large projects sometimes freeze everything for several minutes every time you forget to disconnect (and it seems like I forget about it every time).

I tried both, and one of them could contribute if it is disabled by default.

I can not tell you about VAssist, but the automatic loading of CodeRush is controlled by the parameter DevExpress → Options → Core → Startup → Load manually.

I could not find the Startup parameter in Core; until I changed the level to an expert from a new user

To download it again, you can go to Tools-> Download DevExpress.

To open the options page, do Ctrl + Alt + Shift + O and change it to expert mode in the lower left panel.
