Vertical Gallery Implementation Using ListViews

We must implement a vertical gallery of objects (for example, static text) with a fixed focus in the center of the screen. The focus will remain at one point, and the elements will scroll up and down. The list starts from the center of the screen. Questions:

• Can this be done using ListView? How?
• Or do I need to expand the gallery object and work with orientation?
