Get the POST data in the order in which they were sent to Django

Is there a way to get the POSTed data in a Django view in the order in which it appeared in the HTTP header?

The reason I need it is an instant PayPal alert - you must confirm the notification by sending the data back in exactly the same order to ensure data integrity. I can not understand this!

Maybe HttpRequest.raw_post_data could be your friend? It is available with Django 1.3.
