How to disable "AllowPrinting" for PDF generated in cfreport / cfdocument?

The business statement states that PDF cannot be printed.

I looked at the doc cfreport and it says that for format="pdf" there is a permissions attribute that I can set for a list of permissions, including AllowPrinting .

However, setting permissions="" does not cancel the print permission. I checked Right Cick on the Adobe Reader browser plugin -> Document Property -> Security, it says "Print: Allowed"

How to disable printing? Thanks.

The CFPDF document found that the encryption attribute must be set before it matches the permissions attribute!
