What is the "No iPhone OS device connected" error message. I mean?

Yesterday I test a lot on my device. Suddenly I get this error message when I click Build and Go in Xcode. First, he asks me whether it is normal to sign my key. I click yes and then this error message appears. My iPod is connected, as usual, iTunes starts automatically, and I close it to prevent interruptions.

I tried restarting Xcode. Does not help. My Apple Dev registration is brand new. Any idea what could be the problem?

Edit : In the window> Organizer, I see this message:

Your mobile device has encountered an unexpected error (0xE8000001) Try turning the device off and on; then turn on the device and reconnect it.

I restarted it with a power outage, but I still get this message.

I had it before. I'm not sure if this caused this, but in most cases turning on and off the phone again solved the problem.

So, the final solution to this problem:

• Verify that the provisioning profile is still in the ~ / Library / MobileDevice / Provisioning profiles.

• If not, download it from the iPhone Developer Program website.

• Power off the device (really off ... you do this by holding this large standby button for a few seconds)

• Close Xcode (exit: check that the Dock is not working)

• Activate the device (turn on the power), wait until it is fully loaded

• Plugin for your mac

• Wait for iTunes to start automatically, wait for it to sync your iPhone / iPod touch, and then turn iTunes off (really off).

• Run xcode

• Assembly and hosting

• Pray and have fun (hopefully)

I was going to mention that dev certs expires before I see what you mentioned: "My Apple Dev Enrollment is brand new."

Posting anyway, if it helps others ... If your installation fails due to the blue color, you may need to download fresh certificates.

if the ipod is brand new, you need to check the option (use for development) in the organizer
