PHP integration with Python

I ran into a problem in which I could not find a good solution for her. I am developing a mobile web application using php, and I need a rule-based (open source) output mechanism - an expert system. The only thing I could find was Pake in Python. So I need to integrate Pykes source code with my php implementation. My service provider does not allow any commands, such as exec, for security reasons. I tried PiP (Python for the PHP module), but it has a lot of errors.

I am not familiar with Pyke; but when this type of situation arises for me, I usually end the Python code with a web service. Then I use PHP to call SOAP or cURL in the web service.
