How to send parameters using "Download"?

I am trying to replace SWFUpload in Wordpress with Uploadify, because it looks more friendly and convenient for work.

Now I understand that Wordpress sends some data to check the server when downloading files. I'm curious how I can use this data in the “Download” form to replace my own Wordpress upload form.

But also, I'm pretty ignorant. How to send the necessary parameters via Uploadify? Scriptdata? What parameters are needed? Is it possible?

Use the scriptData option in the configuration. In the example below, there are two parameters: sentm name and age
