Host silverlight 3.0 in wpf app

How do I host a silverlight 3.0 application inside a wpf application in which I can transfer data between them? It should work without an internet connection.

There is no known control that could do this without a problem. To do something like this, you will need to host a web control and use javascript to communicate with the host for interaction. Which, by the way, is not recommended at all.
