Good ASP MVC instructional videos

I started using ASP MVC 3. I found http://www.asp.net/mvc/pluralsight as a limited but very good resource for videos. Can I recommend more free resources?

I think that resources on MVC 3 are currently a bit rare, as they are still very new. You can watch the David Hayden ASP.NET MVC 3 Tutorials Index for some links to tutorials and videos.

After you went through the tutorials at http://asp.net/mvc , as a free resource, I could recommend that you download and play with the source code for existing applications such as NerdDinner . And if you come across some specific problems / questions, feel free to ask a question here for a moment. You will probably get an answer quickly (depending on the quality of your question, the information provided, ...).

There may also be some video tutorials, but they will be specialized in a particular domain, such as how to put controllers on a diet .
