Display Image in Image Viewer WP7

In WP7 in Silverlight, can you tell the OS to open an image in a regular image viewer? I have a bunch of thumbnails that the user can click to make big, but I don't feel like reinventing the wheel since the built-in image viewer is great. Can I reproduce my image in it?

WP7 does not have a "conventional image viewer."

The image hub is a standalone application that has its own way of displaying images.

The only way to integrate with the image concentrator is the Advanced application or save the image to MediaLibrary.

If you want to display an image, you must do it yourself. While this may mean a little more work, it means that you can create an experience that integrates directly with the rest of your application.
