Why is acceptFirstMouse not being called in my regular nsview?

Now I have a borderless window that I process and change myself, but the window cannot be moved or resized when the window is deactivated, after some reserach, I subclass nsview and return YES to -acceptsFirstMouse: But it was never called. Can anybody help me?
