I have enough memory, but I get the error INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE

I am working on a game in the eclipse. I am connecting my Android phone to test my gaming application. When I click "RUN" in eclipse, the game will start loading onto my device. However, onl does it halfway, then the console in eclipse gives me this error: INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE. I checked my internal storage and I have 30 MB left. My game is 3.20 mb. I have to have a lot of space. is not it? Is this just a mistake?

ps. It really upsets me. I go to the Google developer forums, and they tell me that if I am a neebie, post to stackoverflow. I send to stackoverflow just to find that they port me to SuperUser. SuperUser then says that you should have published Android Enthusiast (beta) and moved me there. Finally, I just looked and someone said that my question belongs to STACKOVERFLOW !!! Now I am back to where I started. I'm just trying to get the answers. Can someone please help me instead of migrating me please?

In my application there was a special German character, like

"â, À, ü ... ß" .... (it was â), adb is not allowed to deploy the apk file without a device. -> led to the appearance of this error message ...

so check the name of the project.

Good luck
