Paste in iFrame at carriage position

Question

I am trying to recreate the "Paste from work" functionality in Wordpress for my client. WISIWIG Editor. It uses an iframe for the editor. I can add the inserted code at the beginning or end of the current iframe, but I would like to be able to insert it in the caret position.

Clearly, how can you do this in Wordpress, does anyone know how to do this?
