How to record a screen on Windows Phone 7 as a video?

Does anyone know of a good way to record an application used on Windows Phone 7 that contains markers about where it is touched on the screen?

There is currently no publicly available tool for this. Microsoft is confident in them because it was used at several events (including PDC and other general presentations in the USA), but it is no longer released.

It’s best to record screen data directly from the emulator using the desktop screen capture application.
