How to download xcode4 from windows pc (with IDP acc)

Question

I was not able to download xcode4 from windows pc, even with a valid iphone developer program account.

It was not possible to succeed even after spoofing the useragent line as a Mac safari using firefox.

PS: I need to provide a link to my system windows using ppl to schedule downloads. Our Mac download restrictions are throttled.

This is a stupid msg error from Apple. I was able to proceed to download after agreeing on the updated license terms.

I had the same problem, however setting up my Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_6; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.16 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/10.0.648.127 Safari/534.16 browser agent Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_6; en-US) AppleWebKit/534.16 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/10.0.648.127 Safari/534.16 did the trick for me.

I would try again, if I were you, the error "Access denied" could be just a coincidence?

Apple is said to use device identifiers built into the Intel Mac to regulate software. I am sure they are doing work in the app store. Perhaps the web page checks this identifier and cannot find it on the PC.

I confirm that I can download Xcode 4.1 for Snow Leopard if I change the user agent in Mozilla Firefox to "Mozilla / 5.0 (Macintosh, Intel Mac OS X 10_6_8) AppleWebKit / 534.50 (KHTML, for example, Gecko) Version /5.1 Safari / 534.50 "(without quotes). But without changing the user agent, I could not.
