How long does an apple take to view your message in the permission center

Question

My iphone application is rejected due to a screenshot of the iAd denominator. I uploaded a new screenshot without the iAd banner and replied to the message in the resolution center. However, since this change is only metadata and does not require a new binary. Status is still declining. My question is: how long does it take for an apple to read my message and view it again. Does anyone have such an experience? Thanks.

They usually resume your review the next business day.

had this experience only last week. They picked it up and continued with a review in less than 24 hours.
