Can cookie size affect download speed? (Php)

My site sets and downloads cookies with a length of 200 characters. It's too much? Could this affect download speed? How many?

The cookie information is exchanged between the user's browser and the server and therefore affects the user's response time and download speed. I'm not quite sure that although 200 characters will have a "huge" effect. See table on cookie size and response time:

200 characters are not too many. You did not indicate how many cookies.

Each cookie will add some delay to the request, because they need to be sent with every HTTP request.

If you want to know the exact difference, measure the load with and without cookies.
